Our buildings are equipped with token operated washers and dryers.

Once we've registered your student card at the admin office, you will then get automatically 4 tokens per month for your laundry services.

The tokens are for washing and drying cycles.

For every washing cycle, just remember to set your phone timer for 30 minutes to come and collect your washing.

For every drying cycle.

Don't forget to set your timer for 60 minutes to come back and get your washing.

If you want to air dry your laundry, you can simply hang your clothes on the washing lines provided.

It is important to clean after yourselves.

Please keep your units tidy and clean at all times.

Once a week, we provide you with housekeeping services.

These services include cleaning, mopping, dusting and disinfecting surfaces.

These services does not include washing dishes.

Guys, please wash your own dishes.

Please be conscious about your water usage and save water as much as you can.

Please do not leave your tap running while washing dishes.

Please make sure you close your taps properly and don't let water run unnecessarily.

Please make sure you download the Escom SE push app so you can keep up with the load shedding schedule.

Please make sure that you save electricity by unplugging all the unnecessary devices and also switch off the lights when you leave.

Even though our, elevators are powered by a generator, we recommend that you use the stairs because we'll never know when the power will come back.

During emergencies, please use the emergency button and also call the number provided on the walls.

In the property, we do provide an in house grocery market where you can do your groceries while in the building.

This makes it convenient for you to get whatever you need whenever you need it.

On the property, we have the printing shop which is accessible from the outside.

It makes it super convenient for any scanning or printing you have to do for varsity.
