And then, you'll select visitor.

Then you'll see at their contacts after that.

Immediately the app will automatically send a code to the visitor.

And when the visitor come, they will have to provide the code to the security and say, hey, I'm, visiting this person.

Then that's where you get in and that's it.

And then when you get out, you use the same PIN to get out.

Electricity is the most important aspect of our rest life.

We tend sometimes to misuse the electricity that is given to us by our service providers.

At Lower Leaving Frederick street, at student accommodation, we provide students with 405 units per month.

We have made analysis regarding how much electricity is sufficient for a month.

And then we came to a conclusion that 405 units are sufficient for eight students per unit.

Therefore, every student or every unit will receive 405 units per month.

So the distribution of electricity will be done by your residence committee which you have elected yourself.

They will be doing it each and every month, every first of each and every month.

Therefore, we urge all students to use electricity well.

Please don't misuse it.

Don't leave your heater on, don't leave the stove on.

Make sure you protect the electricity because with you we can live better in Ottawa.

How to save electricity?

Make sure that when you leave to go to class, you switch off your valve, your stove, your heater, and make sure that you unplug all the appliances that you're not using them at that time.

And also make sure that when you wash your dishes and when you brush your teeth or showering, make sure to save water because that plays a very important part in our lives.

When you are sick, the only thing you need to do is produce your student card and also tell them where you are.

What we do is when we enter the password, we will see ADOA student living.

students are allowed to use three devices of their password.

This is the laundry room.

Basically what we do is we use this, our student cards so we can have access of washing.

We have like tokens, they give us four tokens, four tokens a month.

One token is for the washer and then one token is for the dryer.

So basically I'm gonna take you through the process of how we use the washing machines.

Firstly, we put our washing inside and then we tap our student cards on the tapping point and then we select the water where it must be and then we press start and then it automatically washes after.

Then you can literally take out your clothes and put them on the dryer side.

And on the dryer side we do the whole same process tapping our student cards.

Since this is a dryer, we shouldn't use or pour any liquid or washing powder in the dryer because it will ruin it.

It's very important as a student of ADOA to always look after after yourself.

What do I mean about looking after yourself?

I mean cleaning after yourself.

Making sure that the place you are in is always clean, your room is always clean, your unit is always clean, your common areas are always clean.

Therefore, I encourage all the students to always make sure that that ADOWA becomes the best, the state of the art resident that it is among all the residents in Tony University of Technology.

Respecting a space is quite important in a residence that you stay in.

Therefore, I urge all the students of ADOA to always look after themselves, to clean after themselves, to clean all the common rooms that they are always playing around, your playroom, your study room, and also to make sure that your unit is always clean.

I urge all students to try and live a happy, healthy life through cleanliness.

So at Ferry street we have limited access to everyone.

There's electric wiring around the whole yard.

we have two, entrances.

this is the big gate and the small gate.

So this one is for the car and this one is for pedestrian.

They have security guards here 247 and they always do checkpoints around the hour.
